Following on their 1-0 defeat away to Spartans on Saturday past, the ‘Loons’ return to Station Park this coming weekend with Dumbarton the visitors.
The ‘Sons’ currently occupy third place in the cinch league2 table, having lost to leaders Stenhousemuir at the Dumbarton Stadium last Saturday, the only goal of a closely contested affair coming in the 87th minute of the contest.
The home side came out on top to the tune of 3-1 back in mid August when the teams met for the first time this season in the shadow of the imposing Dumbarton Rock.
With the half way point of the league campaign on the horizon there is little doubt that the Athies will be keen to pick up a few three point hauls and they will certainly hope to put on a similarly positive showing this coming Saturday as the fans witnessed against Stranraer in their last home game.
A goal or two and victory would be the added bonus and in fact the ‘icing on the cake’ in our last home game before Christmas.
Saturday’s game will have the usual 3p.m. kick-off.
Admission prices are as follows;-
Stand – Adults £15, concessions £9, under 16’s £5
Terracing - Adults £14, concessions £8, under 16’s £5
