Forfar Athletic are delighted to announce the loan signing of midfielder Alex Ferguson, subject to SFA approval.

The 21 year old joins on a temporary transfer from St Johnstone until the end of the season.

The talented youngster is best known at this level for an exceptional loan spell at East Fife in the 2022/23 season where he scooped 4 player of the year awards and notched 6 goals and 12 assists in 39 appearances.

Alex spent last term on loan at Queen of the South where he made 34 appearances in the third tier.

Ferguson spent the first portion of this season at Stirling Albion where he made 8 starting appearances.

We are delighted to have Alex on board for the remainder of the season.
