Welcome back to the Loons - Scott Shepherd

Forfar Athletic are delighted to announce the return of Scott Shepherd on a two year deal from East Fife, subject to SFA approval.

The 29 year old will return from the Fife coast at the end of his current deal this month having previously spent two years at the Loons between 2020 and 2022.

Scott played 17 times in League One during the truncated 2020/21 season before playing in all 36 league matches as the club finished second in the 21/22 season. Scott also featured in both play off matches as the Loons narrowly lost to Annan.

He notched seven times that campaign and grabbed one assist.

Since leaving Forfar, Scott has turned out in the gold and black of East Fife, making over 100 appearances in Methil and helping the side to promotion with seven goal contributions across last season.
