Thanks Again

Thank You
First of all yet again we pay tribute to Forfar Athletic’s loyal band of supporters who turned out yesterday afternoon in dreadful overhead conditions to back the players and help see them over the line in a hard fought ninety minutes against an Annan Athletic side.
A special thank you to our match sponsor yesterday the TC Group formerly MMG Chartered Accountants. The group are based in premises at Ravenswood in the town and their continued backing in this manner is so appreciated. Thanks once again to senior partner Paul Crichton and his colleagues for this support and it was good to see that their party appeared to enjoy their afternoon and evening with us.
Their choice as the ‘Loons’ Man of the Match was defender Matty Allan.

Thanks also to the four groups who occupied the hospitality lounges to full capacity as ever. Three of those parties were well known return visitors on their yearly visit, while the fourth though under a new ‘banner’ still had many a ‘weel kent’ face in their ranks.
All associated with the ‘Loons’ cause were delighted as ever to see former manager and record appearance holder in his playing days Ian McPhee and his mates from the King James Golf Club in Perth back with us for what was reckoned to be their twentieth visit in this mode to support the club. Well done lads and we look forward to seeing you all again next season.
David Robertson from Eassie and his guests and Graeme Campbell, the proprietor of The Stag Forfar and his group of mates cannot be far off the twentieth consecutive appearance mark themselves and it was great to welcome both groups back for yesterday’s game. Thanks again for the continued support.
Stuart Gibson was the organiser of the final party housed in the Stewart Kennedy Lounge, again thanks for the backing and ‘haste ye back'.
Finally thank you to our match ball sponsors for the visit of Annan, Fred and Rosemary Stephen, not the first time this campaign that they have generously supported the club in this manner.
We now head to Meadowbank Stadium in the Capital City on Saturday first before entertaining a currently on form Clyde outfit on the 7th of March at the Alpha Projects Stadium @ Station Park.
